Randy began his financial planning and insurance career in 1973 and started his own agency in 1975 as an Independent Insurance Agent. His business grew with the acquisition of several smaller agencies, and Financial & Insurance Services of Texas was formed in 1987. Staci joined the agency in 2005. She is a licensed agent with an ACSR accreditation specializing in the service and marketing of personal and commercial insurance. She has several years of experience in customer service, and her talents are welcomed. She has many areas of responsibility, but primarily focuses on new and renewal business making sure it is processed timely and accurately.

Heather Collins has recently joined the agency. She specializes in the servicing and marketing of personal auto, home, recreational vehicles, and manufactured homes. Heather has a great deal of experience with customer service, and our customers will benefit from her expertise. While Heather performs in multiple capacities her primary focus will be on new and renewal business, making sure our customers are getting satisfaction in areas of insurance coverage and pricing.
